- Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) tags are the next level of technology for RTM injection production and process management.
- Each mold has a unique tag that is programmed with the amount of resin required and catalyst injection profile. This tag is scanned by the machine before injection and automatically adjusts its cycle based on the programmed settings on the RFID tag.
- RFID tags eliminate injection mistakes and are rewritable.
- Optional extended hose lengths, inline heater, and Cart, Mast, and Boom mounting provides even further flexibility.
